Dashboard - Climate Action Himachal Pradesh

The Climate Action Dashboard of Himachal Pradesh features key missions, activities, and indicators under the SAPCC (State Action Plan on Climate Change) Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, designed to track progress toward HP SAPCC 2.0 objectives and provide a snapshot of the state's climate action. The Dashboard is structured around three main building blocks: Missions, Activities, and Indicators, arranged in a hierarchical manner.

The content and materials available on the Climate Action Dashboard of Himachal Pradesh (https://hpsapcc.dev-tattvafoundation.org/) are the intellectual property of the Department of Environment, Science & Technology and Climate Change (DEST&CC), Government of Himachal Pradesh, developed with technical support from GIZ. All content, including text, data, graphics, documents, and code, is protected under applicable copyright laws and government policies.

1. Ownership

  • All content hosted on the portal, including SAPCC missions, indicators, visualizations, reports, dashboards, and documentation, is owned by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

  • The portal’s design, structure, and source code are developed by Tattva Foundation, and are subject to relevant usage licenses and agreements with the State Government.

2. Permitted Use

  • Public Access Users may view and use the publicly available data for informational, research, or educational purposes, provided proper attribution is given.

  • No content from the portal may be reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the DEST&CC.

3. Restrictions

  • Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, distribution, or use of any part of the platform’s backend systems, source code, or confidential documents is strictly prohibited.

  • Data entered by departments through the secure interface is governed by internal departmental permissions and is not to be shared externally without explicit approval.

4. Attribution

  • Any public or academic use of content derived from the HP-SAPCC portal must include appropriate citation to:
