Content Contribution, Moderation, and Approval Policy (CMAP)

The HP-SAPCC Dashboard - Climate Action Himachal Pradesh allows contributions from designated government departments and authorized users under the SAPCC framework.

• Content Contribution: Only authorized departmental users may input data, documents, and updates related to indicators, targets, and progress reports via their secure logins.
  
  

• Moderation: Submitted content is reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and relevance by nodal officers and the DEST&CC team. Entries flagged for correction may be returned to the respective department.
  
  

• Approval: DEST&CC (Admin) holds final approval authority. Approved content becomes part of the portal’s public or internal dashboard, depending on its classification.

Any misuse, incorrect data entry, or non-compliance may result in access suspension or review of departmental privileges.
